3. WS24 Dev Mission and Offerings

  • Mission: Deliver transparent, efficient, and high-quality development services globally.
  • Expert Specialists: Access to vetted professionals.
  • Fast Evaluations: Typical project proposals within 24-48 hours.
  • Secure Payments: Escrow-based payment protection.
  • Quality Assurance: Every delivery meets high standards.

4. Getting Started (Account and Tasks)

  • Account Creation: Free account required. Provide accurate data.
  • Profiles: Clients list business info; Specialists show experience for verification.
  • Creating and Reviewing Tasks: Detailed descriptions, proposals, and approval process. Clients responsible for task accuracy.
  • Project Tracking: Real-time dashboard for updates and communication.

5. Financial Terms and Payment Processing

  • Transparent Pricing: No hidden fees.
  • Clients: Posting is free; pay only when approving a Specialist's evaluation. Escrow funding. No hidden fees.
  • Specialists: No subscription; set rates; platform fee deducted from final payment; fast payouts (~2-3 days).

6. Project Completion, Disputes, and Refunds

  • Completion: Marked complete after delivery and Client approval.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If not satisfied, we help resolve or refund according to policy.
  • Disputes: Fair process for resolving conflicts.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Client receives IP rights in deliverables after full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Platform IP: All platform content and features belong to WS24 Dev.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranty: Service is provided "AS IS".
  • Limitation: Not liable for indirect damages or issues beyond internal QA, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WS24 Dev and affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use or breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

WS24 Dev may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of the Terms. You may terminate by contacting support.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
